Ward 6A (Charlton), 7A (Lydford) and 7B (Emergency Admissions Unit) are closed to new admissions due to the winter bug Norovirus. Please avoid visiting these wards unless your visit is absolutely necessary.

Please do not visit the hospital at all if you have had an upset stomach or sickness in the last 48 hours. This will help the hospital to avoid the risk of spreading the virus. Please think carefully before bringing children into the hospital to visit and avoid doing so if possible.
